We are spiritual beings having an earthly experience. We can experience both the good and bad. Sometimes learning experiences may involve difficult challenges that leave negative impressions on our soul. Such traumatic experiences, if not resolved, can draw in similar experiences that may shape our lives in unintended ways. Stored trauma in all aspects of our being hinder our spiritual journey.
All of us over the course of a lifetime, perhaps many lifetimes, have developed coping mechanisms for trauma. In the case of small children, whose rational mind is not fully developed, they often have difficulty in trying to understand why something bad has happened, such as, why their mommy isn’t coming home anymore after she was killed in a car accident. Thankfully, Nature grants us mercy.
To help a child, as well as some adults cope with trauma, a bad experience is usually suppressed deep within their psyche until a later time in their life when they are better able to understand why it happened and to finally accept the experience. For a child, this usually happens when they become an adult and their rational mind is fully developed. During their childhood, hopefully some of their stored trauma is gradually released through their dreaming at night. Their dreams may start off as nightmares, and then over the years, gradually become less painful. If things go according to plan, by the time they are an adult, much of the sting of their trauma has already been dampened. At this time, when they are ready, as an adult, they may be presented with a similar situation that reminds them of their childhood trauma. This becomes a golden opportunity for them to finally release and understand their childhood trauma.
Unfortunately, when presented with a new situation similar to their suppressed trauma, some people do not take advantage of the opportunity given to finally resolve their past trauma. Instead, they add new layers to their suppressed trauma, making their situation even worse. If trauma from the past is not resolved, its associated pain and internal turmoil will continue growing. Eventually the person’s physical and mental health may suffer the consequences. For example, stored hatred that continues to fester over the years can lead to poor physical and mental health, and perhaps, even the development of cancer and other physical and mental diseases. A strong sense of guilt for something done in one’s past can also wreak havoc on one’s health. This is why Trauma always needs to be released from our body.
Almost all the negative energy patterns, such as hatred, guilt and fear acquired during a traumatic experience are stored in all aspects of our Being; body, heart, mind and spirit to be used later, when ready, for re-creating a similar experience in order to help us resolve a past trauma. In fact, for each traumatic experience, its associated negative energy patterns are stored in different parts of the body that resonate with that negativity. For example, fear is stored in the kidneys, anger in the liver, betrayal in the heart and unworthiness on top of the head at the crown chakra. In addition, other negative energy patterns associated with the original trauma are stored in the etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual energetic bodies.
The etheric body contains information about energy patterns for creating our physical body and controls our health. The emotional body stores information and patterns about what we were feeling at the time of a traumatic experience. The mental body stores information and patterns about what we were thinking at the time of a trauma. And, our spiritual body stores karma related information about unresolved traumatic experiences. Collectively, all this information comes together to draw into one’s life the ideal situation for helping a person resolve past trauma. If a person is not able to resolve previous trauma in this lifetime, then all of this collective information is passed on with them to their next life to be resolved as karma.
Of all the negative energy patterns stored in layers in the physical and energetic bodies, the negative patterns stored in the physical body are the most difficult ones to remove. Our energetic bodies contain several layers ranging from the spiritual, mental, and emotional to the etheric. Patterns of trauma stored in each successive layer of our lightbody become increasingly more difficult to release. But when it comes to our physical body, its stored energy patterns, especially if they've been with a person for long time, usually become crystallized, making them extremely difficult to remove.
Making matters worse, areas in the body which have accumulated negative trauma patterns, also lowers the energetic vibration of the tissue itself. These lower vibrations may attract dark energies and entities. Attached entities will lower a tissue’s vibration even more, worsening and prolong their trauma experience. Trauma victims who are alcoholics and drug addicts often have holes in their energy field which give negative entities easy access to their etheric lightbodies. An alcoholic often has dozens of attached souls. The removal of these energetic parasites is essential for restoring one’s health.
Some people may become so accustomed to their stored trauma, especially if it’s been with them for a long time, that they may not want to release it. In this example, their trauma has become part of their identity and life. They may even enjoy occasionally playing the victim card. To these people, removing their trauma and healing themselves might seem even more scary than retaining their original trauma. It can be difficult to work with such trauma victims because when stored negative energy patterns of trauma are released from them, they tend to pull the energetic traumatic patterns and vibrations back into themselves. This is one reason why some people have difficulty releasing their trauma(s). The Trauma Release sessions offered here are an energetic fix for such challenges.
In some cases, a truly traumatic experience, usually involving violence or an extreme sense of guilt, may have persisted in a person for many lifetimes, growing stronger and stronger with each life, with no end in sight. Imagine for example, that a person was brutally victimized and tortured for their beliefs (the Inquisition comes to mind). As with many people, the traumatic experience would probably be suppressed deep within their psyche until at later time in their life when they were ready to face the trauma. If that trauma is not resolved in this lifetime, then all negative energy patterns from the trauma stored within them would be passed on with them to their next life.
In their next life, they most likely would attract into their life a similar experience, involving being brutally victimized and tortured for their beliefs, similar to the original traumatic event in order to give themselves an opportunity to resolve this issue. However, for whatever reason, some people may choose not to resolve the new trauma. Instead, they suppress it just like before, adding a new layer of trauma over the old layer of trauma. This pattern of behavior may continue through their future lives wherein they add layer upon layer of trauma to the original trauma. With each lifetime that passes, they keep attracting the same kind of experience into their life and the original trauma grows stronger and stronger. This cannot continue. Eventually, something has to be done to break the cycle.
We human beings are exceptionally good at ignoring, suppressing and repressing trauma, but enough is enough. For extreme cases like this, Divine Mother and the Lords of Karma may, as a last resort, intervene with one’s present life and remove all of their stored memories associated with trauma from their soul. Soul loss, however, is never a good thing because other memories that have become intertwined with the memories of the trauma would then also be removed. As an analogy, if a person was to discover a tiny black spot growing on their forearm and suspected it was a dangerous melanoma which should immediately be removed, that would be understandable.
But, if the person decided to have their entire arm amputated to ensure all of the presumptive melanoma was removed, that would be tragic. No on wants to end up becoming handicapped from an extreme procedure that wasn’t truly necessary. In a similar manner, cutting out part of one’s soul to remove the persistent memories of a trauma can also be similarly tragic. The person would lose so much more than just a few memories of a trauma. They may lose the memories of what they learned from their traumatic experience, and consequently, they may have to repeat the same experience to relearn what they were supposed to have learned in the first place. They may also lose all the other memories that had become intertwined with the memory of a trauma which may contain important and beautiful experiences.
Without the memory of a trauma, the link to the negative energy patterns of the trauma stored in one’s physical and energetic bodies is severed. These negative energy patterns, however, may remain in the physical and energetic bodies and continue to wreak havoc on one’s health. Without the memory of the original trauma, it becomes difficult to remove the stored negative energy patterns. Like cutting the head off of a snake, it becomes difficult for the headless body to move on its own.
In one’s Akashic Records, soul loss is usually associated with victimization, or a strong sense of guilt for doing something that later is regretted. In either case, if a certain memory is persistent and too painful to hold onto, a person may choose to ignore, deny, suppress, and when desperate enough, have it completely excised from their soul. Pretty much everything we think, say and do with regards to our choices are stored in our Akashic Records.
Experiences perceived as trauma may vary between people. For example, if someone who is terrified of speaking in front of large groups of people is suddenly forced into such a situation, it probably would be a very traumatic event for them. Whereas, someone else who thoroughly enjoys public speaking and all the attention it draws, might find the same situation stimulating and enjoyable. Each person is unique and their past experiences help shape what they consider traumatic or enjoyable.
When we think of trauma, what generally comes to mind is someone who has been victimized, physically, emotionally and mentally. While this can be true, the victimizers themselves can also experience trauma. If the victimizer still has a soul, is not a psychopath and still has a sense of empathy, they may live with deep regrets about what they had done. Their sense of guilt and regret can stay with them through their entire life. We've all had these kinds of thoughts: "What was I thinking? Why did I do this? If only I had done this instead of that, then everything would be okay. If only I could change the past!"
A strong sense of guilt and regret that stays with a person tends to grow in strength over time in the back of their mind constantly reminding them of what they had done. This can wreak havoc on their physical, emotional and mental health. They may try to make amends for what they had done. They may become suicidal. The stain on their soul may stay with them through their future lives. So, yes, on this sense, a victimizer can also experience trauma.
You may be surprised to know that some souls choose to experience trauma. They may have a contract with God Source to experience a certain kind of trauma. The lessons they learn from these experiences help them grow spiritually and may also enable them to help others overcome a similar situation. There is a whole range of different types and intensities of trauma which we can experience. This includes everything from the slight tingle and stab of regret and discomfort up to life changing traumatic experiences that affect the entire cosmos.
Children are especially sensitive to negative energy patterns such as anger and violence. When the parents of a baby or child get into a heated argument in front of their child, it can have serious health consequences for their child. With parents screaming at each other, their raised voices can startle a baby/child, but it’s the negative energies spewing out from the parents that stick to the outside of the child’s aura/energy field which cause the most damage.
For a baby, it’s growing nervous system and its aura act like a sponge absorbing all energies it encounters, both positive and negative. The negative energies being spewed out from the parents first bind to the outside of the child’s aura and then are absorbed and accumulate inside the baby's body. To the baby, the noise and negative energy patterns can be scary and painful. It’s a traumatic experience and the baby most likely would start crying.
Witnessing their parents screaming at each other and experiencing their anger can be confusing and damaging to a child. Their rational mind is not fully developed, so they often can’t understand why their parents, whom they love, are fighting with each other. The child might start crying and screaming back at their parents, especially if there is any physical violence and abuse involved. If the experience is too traumatic for the child, they would probably suppress it or it could also possibly change the trajectory of their development.
Divine Mother says that if a baby or child is within 20 feet (6 meters) of their angry parents, the negative energy patterns being spewed out stick to the outside of the baby's aura. Then, those negative energy patterns penetrate and accumulate within their physical body of the child. The further away a child is from the source of toxic negative energies, the less it is felt by them. At about 40 feet (12 meters), the toxicity is barely felt by the child. For the sake of the children, if anyone ever feels the need for a serious, potentially emotionally charged discussion with someone that could potentially erupt into a heated argument, take it as far away from any children present as possible.
Some of the negative energy patterns from trauma that we receive and which accumulate in our bodies have nothing to do with bad choices we have made or what we have done. This type of trauma comes from our surroundings by simply observing negative behaviors in other people and our brain’s ability to record those witnessed behaviors. Let me explain.
When practicing a simple dance routine, motor neurons in one’s brain carry electrical impulses to the muscles of our body triggering them to contract in the proper sequence. What you may not know is that whenever we perform any kind of physical activity, another set of neurons, called mirror neurons, also fire in the correct sequence. They are not involved in stimulating muscles, but rather, they are only involved with recording into memory the pattern of nerve/muscle activity. This enables a person to quickly learn, and then from memory, repeat any kind of muscle activity, such as a simple dance routine.
Mirror neurons also contain a special feature. If you simply observe another person practicing a new dance routine, your mirror neurons will automatically fire in the correct sequence, and record into memory the exact new dance routine you observed. This happens automatically and you have no control over this ability. In fact, any physical activity or behavior that you observe in others will automatically be recorded in your brain.
Taking this phenomenon to the next step, if a child or an adult was ever to observe an act of violence, such as someone strangling and then murdering another person, all of the physical, emotional and mental aspects of that violence would automatically be recorded in their brain. We do not have control over this process. Pretty much everything we see, feel and do are recorded in our brains.
Making matters worse, the human brain has a difficult time distinguishing between real violence and fake violence as seen on a television. The human brain/body reacts nearly identically to either one. For example, if you were to watch a scary movie involving violence on a television, during stressful episodes of the movie, your heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate would all increase. Your eyes would dilate and you would feel anxious, to name just a few symptoms. All of these symptoms of trauma would be happening to you just as if you were there in person in a real life situation.
Whenever we see violence on a television or while playing a video game, we may experience it as a traumatic event on an energetic level. It too, can have serious consequences to our health. All of these negative energy patterns are stored in our body just like all trauma is. Fear acquired from viewing a scary movie is stored and accumulates in our kidneys. Anger is stored and accumulates in our liver and a sense of betrayal is stored and accumulates in our heart. Again, this happens automatically and we have little control over this process. This kind of trauma acquired in an artificial way can be called Passive Trauma or “Junk” Trauma because it’s not associated with the specific memory of a real traumatic event in our lives. There is nothing that a person did wrong or made a bad choice which is responsible for passive trauma. It’s created on its own through modern technology.
Since the negative energy patterns of passive trauma stored in the body don’t have an actual link to the memory of a real traumatic event, they are difficult to remove. Without an association to a memory, these kind of negative energy patterns are best described as orphan fragments of negativity, or resonated residual energies. Much like trauma experienced first-hand, they too can accumulate in the body to toxic levels. For example, a person who watches a lot of scary movies may have an accumulation of fear in their kidneys. They may feel anxious and afraid all the time and not know why because they have no memory of an actual traumatic event. This is why it’s also called junk trauma. Even though it’s not based on a real traumatic event, it can still have serious consequences on our physical and mental health.
For entertainment in today’s high tech world, many people enjoy watching movies and playing video games. In moderation, this is fine. However, people who have spent too much time using this form of entertainment most likely have already acquired passive “junk” trauma. As orphan fragments of negativity accumulate in their bodies, their mental and physical health deteriorate and they most likely would exhibit all the symptoms of a full traumatic experience.
Some children, teenagers and adults are obsessed with watching violence on TV programs, movies and video games. They may spend hours on end watching gruesome violence. As described earlier, mirror neurons in our brain enable us to learn things just by observing others. Whenever we observe someone committing an act of violence, our mirror neurons record that experience just as if we had committed the act of violence ourselves. This happens automatically and we have no control over this process. Again, our brain has difficulty distinguishing between real violence and fake violence. Our brain/body reacts nearly the same way to either one. Some of the toxic negative energy patterns from violence, such as fear, anger, threat and betrayal, to name just a few, are stored and accumulate within our body.
The human brain can only tolerate a certain amount of violence before it has to protect itself. When someone becomes overwhelmed with violence, such as by playing a military style video game for many hours and many days at a time, their brain becomes desensitized to that level of violence. Now, viewing even more gruesome violence for longer periods are required for that person to achieve the same level of previous stimulation. At this point, the person has quite literally become addicted to violence. The Trauma Release sessions offered here are an offshoot of a class originally designed by Divine Mother to help release and flush out all aspects of trauma stored in our bodies.
In general, most people consider trauma to be a horrible thing to have to experience. However, in some situations, there may be value in having a traumatic experience. Trauma and pain can be excellent teachers. When we learn how to overcome trauma, including challenges and obstacles in our life, we grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. We learn about ourselves and our limitations. Negative experiences can help give contrast in our life. How can we fully understand light if there is no darkness in our life? Darkness gives purpose and meaning to light just as light gives purpose and meaning to darkness. We need both to fully understand and appreciate aspects of these opposites. Most of us have experienced that when we overcome trauma in our own lives, it is usually followed by periods of joy and celebration, giving us a complete earthly experience.
Trauma and pain also serve as deterrents to wars and killing each other. No one wants to experience trauma and pain and most of us would do almost anything to prevent experiencing them in the first place. Wars are always traumatic and painful. This is what helps keep mankind from killing each other off.
Natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, tornadoes and forest fires, often cause massive amounts of devastation to an area. People may lose family, friends, their homes and their livelihoods all in one fell swoop. Such massive amounts of trauma can leave an indelible mark on one’s soul. It may take years for a devastated area to fully recover. Despite all the darkness and trauma associated with natural disasters, it may also open the door to love, bringing strangers together to help each other. This represents the true nature of the human spirit.
A Trauma Release session is designed to help us release the different and myriad kinds of trauma which affect our lives. Using a special set of divine energies created by Divine Mother, along with assistance from Her Archangels, these sessions are designed to systematically remove the negative energy patterns of trauma stored in the human body. Healing is a layered process, often revealing what’s ready to be released and transformed, one step at a time. Just like we wouldn’t expect a toned body after a single workout, deep and lasting healing takes time, consistency, and care. The patterns and discomfort you’re experiencing didn’t appear overnight—and true transformation unfolds with patience and nurturing. If you're ready to experience it for yourself, book your In-Person Trauma Release session today and give your energy field and body the care and attention it deserves. Your journey toward greater clarity, flow, and well-being can start with just one simple, resonant step.
